NEW ~172,700 SF MANUFACTURING BUILDING WITH ENCLOSED ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES. EXTERIOR WALLS WILL BE CONCRETE TILT-UP PANELS. ROOF WILL HAVE A TPO ROOF WITH INTERNAL DRAINS THAT CONNECT TO STORM DRAINS. PRIMARY FUNCTION WILL BE MANUFACTURING LARGE GENSET'S. THE RAW MATERIALS WILL ENTER BUILDING ON THE NORTH END. MULTIPLE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES WILL OCCUR ALONG AN ASSEMBLY LINE. FINAL ASSEMBLED GENSET UNITS WILL EXIT THE BUILDING ON THE SOUTH AND BE STORED ON SITE WHILE THEY AWAIT TO BE LOADED ONTO TRUCKS FOR DELIVERY. THE ENCLOSED ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES WILL BE FOR SUPERVISOR OFFICES AND LARGE BREAK ROOMS FOR ALL FACILITY STAFF. NO ROOF-TOP SCREEN WALLS PLANNED. ROOF TOP MECHANICAL UNITS ARE SET-BACK FROM ROOF EDGE ENOUGH THAT THE PARAPET OF THE WALLS SCREEN THE UNITS FROM BEING VISIBILE FROM PARKING LOT OR STREET APPROACH (SEE PERSPECTIVE ON COVER SHEET FOR REFERENCE).
