Nampa council approves giving up small utility easement for Hyundai dealership expansion
The City Council voted Aug. 3 to vacate about 220 square feet of a water line easement on a 1.6-acre lot. The change lets the existing dealership shop be expanded to the west, with the water line relocated. The approval carries a condition to follow city codes when the site is developed.
