The Lakeview Neighborhood is planned on property located at the northwest corner of Iowa Avenue and Midway Road, Parcel numbers R3310800000 and R3311500000. The neighborhood consists of 1 existing residential lot, 131 residential lots, 18 common lots, 1 shared driveway and approximately 14.09 acres of open space on approximately 57.16 acres. The property is adjacent to Nampa City Limits along the east boundary and we are requesting zoning with RS-22, RS-12, RS-8.5 and RS-7 zoning with a density of 2.29 residential lots per acre.
