The applicant asks the city to change the future land use map for about 36 acres of north Nampa, from Lakeview Park to Indian Creek, from medium density residential to residential mixed use. The applicant also asks to rezone a 0.32-acre lot at 605 13th Ave N from two-family residential to neighborhood business. The lot would hold a 3,272 sq. ft. residential-style building for a counseling clinic and offices serving people with disabilities.

Construction of a residential style 3272 sq. ft. building. At the pre-application meeting it was determined the best route was to seek a Comp Plan amendment from Medium Density Residential to Residential Mixed Use. Also, a rezone from RD to BN to allow Medical Clinic or related services.
