The Nampa Fire District asked the city to adjust the boundary lines between two properties at 300 W Railroad St in Nampa, a light industrial zone. The city's engineering and planning staff approved the adjustment, which covers only what is shown on the attached survey.
Property line adjustment to reflect the boundaries of the Nampa Fire Training Facility as a distinct property. Allows for the construction of a new fire apparatus storage building. Current property lines run diagonally through the property. This property line adjustment will create a defined area for NFD Training and allow for the construction of a new apparatus storage building.
