A new single-story, 5,542-square-foot express automated tunnel car wash (Cobblestone Car Wash) is proposed on a vacant 1.27-acre lot at the northwest corner of Karcher Rd and Middleton Rd in Nampa. The building would be 20 to 25.5 feet tall, with a taller sign wall feature of about 35 feet, and the site would include 19 vacuum parking stalls and 5 regular spaces.
