Alley strip between two Nampa homes vacated to match fence line
The city council approved giving up a small alley strip that a fence has blocked for more than 30 years, so the property line can follow the fence. The ordinance was approved Aug. 4, and the city will update its maps to show the land is no longer public right-of-way.

The Nampa City Council approved Ordinance No. 4881, which vacates a portion of the alley right-of-way between the properties at 401 and 323 7th Avenue North, covering about 1,000 square feet. The city will update its maps to reflect that the alley land is no longer public right-of-way. The ordinance was passed and approved on August 4, 2025.
