The City Council approved the annexation and single-family zoning on June 16, 2025, after denying the request in March. The approval is subject to conditions in a development agreement with the city.

Trilogy Development, representing landowner Corey Barton, proposes annexing a 39.42-acre site on the north side of W Greenhurst Rd in Nampa and zoning it RS6 for a new single-family subdivision. The plan has 146 detached home lots and 15 common lots, including a 5-acre central park, pickleball courts and pathways. It would connect to existing streets in the neighboring subdivisions and have one entrance on Greenhurst Rd.
