Hawkins Companies proposes Maple Grove Apartments, a 174-unit apartment complex on about 6.1 acres at 1770 S Maple Grove Rd in Boise. It needs a comprehensive plan change, a rezone from A-1 to R-2, and a conditional use permit to exceed the airport area density limit of 5 units per acre.
