Hawkins Companies proposes Maple Grove Apartments, a 174-unit apartment complex on about 6 acres at 1770 S Maple Grove Rd in Boise. It would have three buildings of 3 to 4 stories, a clubhouse, pool and a new public local street linking W Vincent St to S Mohican Ave. The request needs a plan amendment, a rezone and a permit to exceed the airport-area density limit of 5 units per acre; city staff recommends denial.
