A recorded agreement between the property owner, CTEA, LLC, and the City of Boise requires the dwelling units on the property at 2015 E Hospitality Lane to be kept affordable for renters or buyers. The agreement was tied to the owner being allowed to split the land through the city's minor land division process. Each unit must remain affordable for 20 years from the date its certificate of occupancy is issued.
