Costco parking lot repaving approved
City staff approved plans to rehabilitate the Costco warehouse parking lot on June 5. An engineer's assessment recommends replacing about 540,000 square feet of old asphalt with new pavement; a lesser option would only seal the employee lot.

Costco Wholesale Warehouse No. 761 at 2051 S. Cole Road in Boise plans to rehabilitate its parking lot. An engineer's pavement assessment recommends removing and replacing most of the old asphalt, roughly 540,000 square feet, with new light-duty and heavy-duty pavement. An alternate plan would only crack seal and fog coat the employee parking area, about 45,000 square feet.
