A 1,432-square-foot, one-story sales office building is proposed within Glencara Recreation Village, a community park and recreation area in the Spring Valley development in Eagle. The site is on the southwest corner of North Linder Road and West Aerie Drive. The Craftsman-style building uses stone veneer, wood siding and a composite slate roof and is about 25 feet 6 inches tall.
Clyde Capital Group, represented by Walt Lindgren with Lindgren Labrie Architecture, is requesting design review approval of a 1,432-square foot sales office building within Glencara Recreation Village. The 13.2-acre site is located on the southwest corner of North Linder Road and West Aerie Drive (Lot 23, Block 1, Valnova Spring Valley Subdivision No. 1, PUMP No. 1).
