Clyde Capital Group wants to build a small 240-square-foot well house in the Glencara Recreation Village, a community park site at the southwest corner of North Linder Road and West Aerie Drive in Eagle. The one-story building is 12 feet 9 inches tall, with a Craftsman-style design, wood walls and a composite slate roof. The Design Review Board backed the design, materials and colors.
Clyde Capital Group, represented by Walt Lindgren with Lindgren Labrie Architecture, is requesting design review approval of a 240-square foot well house building within Glencara Recreation Village. The 13.2-acre site is located on the southwest corner of North Linder Road and West Aerie Drive (Lot 23, Block 1, Valnova Spring Valley Subdivision No. 1, PUMP No. 1).
