Council approves 1,536-square-foot storage building at Glencara park

Clyde Capital Group wants to build a 1,536-square-foot, one-story storage and maintenance building within Glencara Recreation Village, a community park and recreation area. It sits on a 13.2-acre site at the southwest corner of North Linder Road and West Aerie Drive in Eagle. The Craftsman-style building has wood siding and a composite slate roof, and a trash enclosure is planned in the maintenance yard.
