Triple Crown Development proposes Crosswoods Estates, a 25-lot single-family subdivision on about 19.94 acres west of Southside Boulevard in Nampa. The request would change the land use designation from medium to low density residential, annex two county parcels, and zone all three parcels RS18 (minimum lot size 18,000 sq ft). The plan includes 2.28 acres of open space and a public pathway along the Elijah Drain.
