Triple Crown Development proposes Crosswoods Estates, a 25-lot single-family subdivision on about 19.94 acres west of Southside Boulevard between Greenhurst and Amity in Nampa. The request would annex two parcels into city limits, change the comprehensive plan designation from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential, and rezone the land to RS18 (Single-Family Residential). Lots would be accessed from Southside Boulevard and Goldenrod Drive.
