The city approved a change to its comprehensive plan land-use map that clears the way for 25 buildable single-family lots and 8 common lots. The decision was made Dec. 15, after the public hearing that day.

Triple Crown Development proposes Crosswoods Estates, a 25-lot single-family subdivision on about 19.94 acres west of Southside Boulevard near Goldenrod Drive in Nampa. The request changes the land-use designation from medium to low density residential, annexes two county parcels and rezones the land to RS18 with larger estate-style lots. The plan also includes 2.28 acres of open space and a public pathway along the Elijah Drain.
