Deer Flat Ranch is a proposed master planned community on about 260 acres west of Midland Boulevard in Nampa, near Lake Lowell. The plan includes 189 single-family homes now, with commercial and agricultural areas to be developed later and large open space buffers toward the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge. The City Council was asked to approve annexation, zoning, and a preliminary plat for the project.
