The City of Nampa asks for a variance so that about 1,500 feet of existing 6-foot chain link fence can be reinstalled at the new property line along Northside Blvd near Karcher Rd and Birch Ln. The road is being widened to 5 lanes, and the variance would waive the rules against chain link, the 15-foot landscape buffer, and the front yard setback for the affected industrial properties.

ROW expansion on Northside Blvd has caused a need to move an existing chain link fence, to allow for the chain link fence to be permitted along the Northside Blvd ROW and within the required front setback.
