The City of Nampa changed parts of its zoning code covering cluster developments in agricultural and rural residential zones, and setbacks for business and industrial zones next to very low density residential land. It also updated rules for cottage and cluster developments in planned communities and allows multiple zones within a planned unit development or master planned community even if they differ from the future land use map. This is a citywide code change, not a single building project.
